ServSmith is an app that service professionals ("pros") use to work with the clients they already serve: clients request work at their properties, follow each job, and pay invoices. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. ServSmith is operated by DM Solutions and Development LLC ("we").
Information we collect

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
Who can see your information
- Your pro and your client: a pro sees the clients, properties, jobs, photos, and invoices in their own business. People on a client account see their own account, properties, jobs, and invoices with that pro. Nobody else can see them. Private notes a pro writes about a client are visible only to the pro.
- Service providers that run the app for us, only to provide the service:
- Supabase (database, file storage, and sign-in), hosted in the United States;
- Apple (Sign in with Apple and push notifications);
- Google (Sign in with Google), if you choose it;
- Apple Maps, to look up addresses you type.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Notifications
With your permission, ServSmith sends notifications such as a new request, a proposed time, an invoice, or a payment. You can turn them off anytime in iPhone Settings. A pro can also choose which kinds of notifications each client receives.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account.
- If you're a client, your account and sign-in are deleted and you're removed from every client account you joined. Your pro keeps the records of jobs and invoices for work they did, which they may need for their own bookkeeping.
- If you're a pro, your account and your business in ServSmith are deleted: your clients, properties, services, jobs, invoices, and photos.
Deleted information is removed from our active systems right away and from backups within 30 days.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections. Access is enforced on our servers so each person can reach only the information described above. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
ServSmith is for businesses and adults managing their properties. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information. You can correct most information in the app and delete your account in the app. For anything else, contact us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
